Hillary Sounds Presidential!
Hilllary Clinton addressed a huge crowd in Portsmouth on Labor Day. And for me she sounded absolutely presidential from the moment she started speaking. Her organization was better than ever. Her points were more deliberately and extensively developed. She sounded experienced when she called for change. She sounded passionate when she said, "Where are the Children?" She sounded like a commander-in-chief when she talked about the care that needs to be taken in getting out of Iraq and behaving responsibly toward the Iraqis and surrounding countries. She sounded humble when she asked the crowd to help her get elected.
If electability is an issue for folks, and many who say they are "leaning toward Hillary" ask, "But is she electable?" This appearance convinced me that she is, and folks around me expressed the same heightened positive feeling about her electability. That will grow as she hits the trail in this fall campaign. New Hampshire is getting to like her more each day, as I am!
