Barack Obama will express the decency of the American people

So I am still feeling the magic of the packed hall in Dover tonight. I went to see Barack Obama because I needed to be inspired. My son was recently diagnosed with autism and I have been fighting that front on a daily basis with endless phone calls looking for quality services. So I have been tired.Well, I got what I was looking for....I am FIRED UP AND READY TO GO!

Obama reaffirmed for me why I follow this campaign so closely. I am inspired by his dignity and his character. It seems that somewhere along the way government has lost that. We no longer look to our leaders for inspiration about our core values. Barack reminded me that "character should be part of the resume of our next President".....and I know that Barack has that.

Every time that I see him he always asks me how it's going with my son. I told him my story when I first met him at the Hampton event and he has always remembered my face and story....that is meaningful. I think what is most remarkable about Barack Obama is that he inspires us to be better...to achieve more....to give to our community. I have never been involved in a political campaign but I have also never felt this magical energy from any other leader before.

Barack is a natural leader. His experience shows that. When he graduated from Harvard Law School he chose to be a community organizer in Chicago rather than take some high-powered position at a fancy law firm. He has consistently chosen to use his life as a vehicle of service for the better good. That is something that we can all believe in.
