Romney in Exeter
i attended the town meeting in Exeter at which Mitt Romney made a presentation. He was well-prepared and not negative in his remarks about President Bush, nor toward his primary opponets in the Democrat Party. His presentation was positive, rather than an attack on others. I know that is not what the Boston paper is saying. Romney stressed his approach and how it is different and better . He was iffy on how he would pursue securing our borders and how he would increase our armed forces.
He dealt with some tough questions without being flustered. He covered his experience "running" a government,' his successes in handling the Olympics, health care, vetoeing an over-large expenditure and working to keep spending in keepping with taxation, government is "of the people" not social manipulation of the people.
