Bill Richardson - Down to earth and expertly qualified
I had read the "resumes" for the major candidates and was very impressed by Bill Richardson. So Thursday night I went to see him at the Bowl-a-Roma in Portsmouth. I took my 9 year old son with me. The snow had just started so the crowd was rather thin when we got there but steadily grew. Richardson showed up and began the meet-and-greet by bowling a frame. It was clear that he had not done candle-pin bowling before. He had a good sense of humor and appeared at ease. He autographed books and campaign cards, including one for my son, who is totally thrilled. He was warm and spoke directly with the people there, many of them from the shipyards and teachers. He definitely gave the impression that he is a candidate for the working families. He also has clear strategies to address the major issues. Combined with his experience as a border-state governor, UN ambassador, multi-term congressman and Nobel Peace Prize nominee, I am choosing him as my candidate. Now I am signed up to help promote his campaign in NH.
