Personal Statement
Although I associate with the Republican Party, I consider myself more of a conservative libertarian in that I do not support the religious right or many conservative social causes. I do, however, firmly believe in economic and fiscal Republicanism, and have remained an adamant free-marketer throughout my political career. In addition, I believe a strong military is necessary for the U.S. to maintain its preeminent position as a world leader, and tend to favor an aggressive foreign policy.
