Personal Statement
When I began participating in Primary Place I wrote in my profile that I am "truly undecided". I was more undecided than I usually am during Primary season and signed on to do some blogging as a way to get me more tuned into a process that began way too early for my taste. I love meeting candidates but not almost a year before the Primary! As time has gone on and I have seen candidates at house parties, read articles, and been to some larger events, I have climbed off my fence and chosen to support Barak Obama. I have spent my life working in the family/community/nonprofit arena and was looking for a candidate who respected the power and value of the individual at all levels of society and in other parts of the world.
