Born in the Netherlands, came to the US at age 13. Lived in Maine, Vermont, NYC, and served in the US Navy prior to settling in Exeter, NH. Married with 2 kids ages 15 and 11.
Now a self-employed family physician. Wife works in office, one additional employee. Previously worked in private (medical) group practice, community health center and prior to that the USN (as a flight surgeon assigned to a USMC helicopter squadron).
